OpenFlight OS is run by First Phase LLC ("we", "us"). It is an invite-only beta. This page explains what we keep, why, who helps us run the app, and how you can download or delete your data.
The short version
- We keep what you put into OpenFlight OS so the app can help you make content.
- We send some of it to an AI provider to write plans, drafts and answers for you.
- We never sell your data.
- You can download everything or delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data.
What we collect
Account info
- Your email address and password (stored by our sign-in provider; we never see your password in plain text).
- The name you add in Settings.
- The date you agreed to these terms and the version you agreed to.
Your Brand blueprint
- Your answers about your brand, audience and offers.
- Your content settings, like how long a topic runs and which channels you post to.
Your Library
- Hooks, ideas, stories, proof and questions you save.
Your topics and posts
- Your content topics, plans and the questions in them.
- Links to your recordings, if you add them.
- Transcripts you paste or upload.
- The posts the app drafts for you, your edits, and a history of earlier versions of each post.
- Links to where you posted, and the date.
- Your chats with the AI Strategist.
Your channels
- The handles, profile links, bios and notes you add for each channel.
- If you add them: the name you sign in with on that channel, and a link to where you keep its password. We never ask for your channel passwords.
Uploads and voice clips
- Files you upload, like a profile photo or images for your carousels, and short voice clips you record.
Usage and error logs
- For each AI request: which task ran, which AI model, whether it worked, how many words (tokens) it used, how long it took, and the error message if it failed. These logs do not store the text you sent or the text the AI wrote.
- Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, like errors and requests, to keep the app running.
- Error reports go to our error-tracking service, Sentry. See "Who helps us run OpenFlight OS".
Why we collect it
- To run the app. Your content is the app. We store it so you can plan, record and post.
- To make AI drafts fit you. Your Brand blueprint, Library, topics, transcripts and drafts are the context the AI uses to write for you.
- To keep your account safe. Your email and password let you sign in.
- To fix problems. Logs help us see when something breaks and fix it.
We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
What we send to the AI
When you ask OpenFlight OS to do something with AI (build a plan, find posts in a transcript, write or rewrite a post, suggest hooks, answer a question in the AI Strategist), we send the parts of your content that the task needs. That can include:
- your Brand blueprint and content settings;
- items from your Library;
- your topic, plan and transcript;
- your drafts;
- your channel handles, profile links, bios and notes (in the AI Strategist);
- your AI Strategist messages.
We do not send your email address, your password, your channel sign-in names or your password-manager links.
The AI's answers are saved in your account as plans, drafts and chat replies, so you can see and edit them.
Who helps us run OpenFlight OS
These companies process your data for us. Each one handles it under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on its website.
| Service | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Stores your data and files, and handles sign-in and account emails. |
| Vercel | Hosts the app. |
| Anthropic | Runs the AI (Claude) that writes plans, drafts and Strategist answers. |
| OpenAI | Turns your voice into text (transcription). Uploaded recordings and Talk it out are sent to OpenAI for transcription and deleted after. |
| Sentry | Records app errors. |
| Logo.dev | Shows brand logos. Receives brand website addresses and standard request data. |
| Resend | Sends account emails (password resets and account-deletion notices) and the feedback notes you send us. |
We don't share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your browser also remembers a few display choices on your device, like light or dark mode and text size. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open: we keep your content so you can use it.
- Draft history: we keep the last 20 versions of each post.
- Recordings: deleted right after they are transcribed.
- AI Strategist chats: deleted after 90 days.
- Usage and error logs: kept while your account is open, and deleted with it.
- After you delete your account: we delete your data within 30 days (see below). Copies in our providers' backups are removed within another 30 days.
- Data you sent to the AI provider is kept by that provider as its own policy describes.
Download your data
Go to Settings → Your data → Download my data. You get one file with all your data (JSON, a standard data format), plus links to download the files you uploaded. The links work for 7 days, and you can download again anytime to get fresh ones.
Delete your account
The account's owner can go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account, then type the account's name to confirm. The account is locked right away and permanently deleted 7 days later. Until then you can undo it: sign in and choose "Keep my account".
After the 7 days, this permanently removes:
- all your content: your Brand blueprint, Library, topics, plans, transcripts, posts, channels, AI Strategist chats and logs;
- all files you uploaded;
- your sign-in account, unless you also belong to another OpenFlight OS account.
Copies in our providers' backups are removed within another 30 days.
A producer can't delete an account; they can only leave it.
Once the 7 days are over, this can't be undone. Download your data first if you want a copy.
Security
Your data is protected by sign-in, and each workspace can only be read by its own members. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we'll email you 30 days before it takes effect.
